Position Overview:
- We are looking for a motivated and skilled Account Manager with a robust background in technology to contribute to our objectives at Creospan Inc. This position is centered around sales and presales initiatives, focusing on broadening our client portfolio and promoting our services, distinct from staffing solutions. The successful candidate will possess experience in the technology industry and a solid history of driving business growth, ideally within non-staffing organizations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Growth: Propel the sales cycle by pinpointing new prospects, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and enhancing current accounts. Emphasize the sale of technology services rather than staffing solutions.
- Presales Engagement: Work closely with technical teams to grasp client requirements and deliver presales assistance, which includes developing customized solutions and presenting them effectively to clients.
- Client Relationship Development: Establish and sustain robust, enduring relationships with clients. Comprehend their business challenges and align our offerings to support their strategic objectives.
- Market Development: Seek and pursue new business avenues within the technology domain, particularly with non-staffing firms. Formulate strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance the company's presence.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize your technical expertise to comprehend client needs and convey the benefits of our services. Remain updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better assist clients and stimulate sales.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in sales and account management, preferably within the technology sector. Prior experience in selling services (not staffing solutions) is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid grounding in technology, with the capability to understand and discuss technical solutions with clients.
- Industry Acumen: Awareness of the technology landscape, especially non-staffing firms. Experience in marketing complex technology services is highly valued.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Capacity to forge strong client relationships and effectively close deals.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Information Technology, Business, or Engineering, is preferred.
