  1. Consultative Sales Approach:
  • Engage in proactive dialogue with clients to uncover their needs, concerns, and perceptions regarding supplemental staffing.
  • Recommend suitable staffing solutions that align with client requirements, utilizing success stories and industry insights.
  • Assist in client contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company growth objectives.
  1. Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:
  • Work closely with the Recruitment team to promote open positions, analyze market strategies, and forecast new business opportunities.
  • Review and present candidate profiles to clients, emphasizing their suitability for the roles to encourage interview intent.
  1. Client Support and Issue Resolution:
  • Document and maintain client contact information and activity to enhance the efficiency of the sales cycle.
  • Oversee the client renewal process, discussing contract terms and monitoring timelines.
  • Escalate client issues to leadership as necessary, ensuring prompt resolution to uphold strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a comparable client-facing role.
  • Strong consultative sales abilities and the capacity to build rapport with clients.
  • Thorough understanding of the staffing industry, including current trends and challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
