Role Overview:
As a pivotal member of the Customer Success team, you will be instrumental in nurturing and maintaining robust relationships with our esteemed clients to facilitate ongoing growth.

Core Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will encompass:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing insights and support to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of customers by developing and implementing strategic account plans.
  • Overseeing the complete sales cycle, which includes reselling, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Continuously fostering the growth of our partner network.
  • Representing Keepit effectively within client environments and engaging with IT stakeholders.
  • Creating and executing strategies to enhance customer adoption and utilization of Keepit’s services.
  • Understanding clients' IT requirements and crafting tailored user and business cases.

Team Dynamics:
As part of the Customer Success team, you will work under the guidance of the Senior Director of Customer Success, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A comprehensive understanding of customer relationship management and the alignment of SaaS solutions with business goals.
  • Experience in managing partner relationships, particularly with large enterprise clients.
  • Strong skills in account management, including the ability to activate existing partnerships and minimize churn.
  • A collaborative mindset, valuing knowledge sharing and constructive relationships with various stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, contributing positively to the workplace culture and team dynamics.
