Ideal Candidate:
We are in search of a proactive and experienced Customer Success professional to guarantee the satisfaction and success of our clients and their residents in the multifamily real estate sector. The perfect candidate will possess a robust background in customer success, client services, administrative roles, property management, project management, or the software industry, coupled with a deep understanding of the multifamily market. Responsibilities include fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding clients through onboarding and product adoption, ensuring customer retention, and addressing their needs to promote long-term success and loyalty.
We seek a detail-oriented and enthusiastic team player to play a crucial role in supporting our Client Success team. You will provide essential administrative and operational support, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist the Client Success team with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
- Manage client data within systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and process client invoices in accordance with specific billing requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including assistance with license management, agreement drafting, and document tracking.
- Respond to basic client inquiries related to their accounts and claims.
- Collaborate with the Client Success team on various projects and initiatives.
- Exhibit a team-oriented mindset, willing to engage in new or unfamiliar areas to support team needs.
- Embrace a versatile approach and contribute wherever necessary in this dynamic startup environment.
- Continuously enhance your skills to become a valuable asset to the team's success.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry roles within the multifamily or SaaS industries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to tackle new challenges.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Background in the property management industry.
- Familiarity with Yardi, ResMan, Entrata, RealPage, AppFolio, or other CRMs within Multifamily.
- Understanding of Tenant Liability products and services (training will be provided).
