Internally, you will serve as the voice of the client, playing a pivotal role within the core account team alongside the Account Manager and Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to formulate and execute account strategies for your assigned clients.
- Identify and develop opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, ensuring seamless renewals.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders within the client's organization to enhance their experience and address any concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and events to effectively engage with clients and understand their challenges and opportunities.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder products and identify how they can address client needs and create value.
- Conduct regular business reviews to promote product adoption and value realization.
- Communicate and demonstrate ROI to clients throughout their engagement with us.
- Advocate for the client within Blue Yonder, collaborating with various cross-functional teams.
- Adhere to internal processes aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and risk management.
- Support the achievement of Customer Reference status.
- Work closely with the Sales team to identify and facilitate cross-sell and upsell opportunities that unlock additional value for clients.
- Manage customer escalations related to value, consumption, and adoption, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
- Act as a vital source of information regarding client needs, providing feedback to Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.

- Ideally, 8-10 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the Supply Chain sector.
- Experience managing complex, multi-divisional, and geographically diverse clients.
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to identify critical issues in ambiguous situations and communicate effectively to drive progress.
- Passion for the Supply Chain Industry.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Delivery).
