Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our valued guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the front desk computer system and perform tasks such as room assignments, key management, and billing
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized, and maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
