We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pacific Premier Group PC.
As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare providers and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules
- Process payments and manage patient accounts
- Coordinate with pharmacies and insurance companies for prescription clarification and prior authorizations
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure seamless task completion
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
