We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager to join our team at Tandym Group in Brooklyn, NY. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a management/supervisory role and possess a NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS certification, and Infection Control certification. A strong leader with experience in adult medicine, OB/GYN, and/or pediatric settings will thrive in this role. A Bachelor's Degree and bilingual skills are highly desirable.

We estimate this role will pay around $115,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Nursing Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients
  • Staff Management: Oversee daily operations, monitor staff attendance, and manage performance
  • Inventories and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, maintain adequate supplies, and equipment
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • License/Certifications: NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS certification, and Infection Control certification
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Management/Supervisory role in Adult Medicine, OB/GYN, and/or Pediatric settings
