We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner for our Crown Heights Health Center located at Nostrand Ave., Brooklyn, NY. As part of our collaborative care team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based Primary Care to our patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in enhancing the quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality Primary Care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other services to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements

  • Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or relevant field
  • Valid New York State license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner
