Care Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Hamaspik Home Care. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Job Summary:

  • As a Care Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • You will be responsible for assigning caregivers to open shifts based on availability and patient need, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • This role also involves processing payroll for caregivers within your assigned caseload, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • You will collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Intake, to facilitate translation services when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and team members.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Bilingualism: Bilingual in Spanish to provide culturally sensitive care and support.
