Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences, goals, and needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-advocacy and empowerment.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- RN license in the State of New York.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a telemetry med/surg unit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG skills, and IV/Phlebotomy certification.
Mount Sinai Health System offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
