As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for driving excellence in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. Your goal is to spearhead installations, mentor teams, and ensure industry standards are met.
- Technical Expertise: Lead the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards.
- Team Coordination: Effectively organize and guide installation teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to address questions and concerns, upholding our transparent and accountable approach.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols during installations, ensuring a secure working environment for the team and clients.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and inventory of tools, contributing to the smooth execution of projects.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Address technical issues during installations, showcasing your problem-solving abilities.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect installations, ensuring they meet our standards of excellence.
- 3+ Years of experience as an HVAC Installer - required
- Prior experience in HVAC Installation - required
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record - required
- The expected commitment for this role is 41-50 hours per week
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
