Position Summary: We are in search of a dependable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our operations in Albany, GA. The primary role of the Facilities Maintenance Technician will involve executing apartment turnovers, with a strong emphasis on plumbing repairs and upkeep. The ideal candidate should have relevant plumbing experience and must have access to reliable transportation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Carry out apartment turnovers between tenant transitions, ensuring units are clean, secure, and ready for new occupants.
  • Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaks, clearing clogged drains, and replacing fixtures as necessary.
  • Execute painting, patching, and minor carpentry work to prepare units for incoming residents.
  • Inspect and repair appliances, HVAC systems, and electrical fixtures as needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and supplies.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management personnel.
  • Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and other general maintenance tasks as required.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications:
