Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Dougherty County, GA. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and repair building operations, including electrical, HVAC, water treatment, plumbing, painting, and carpentry
  • Maintain inventory of chemicals for water treatment
  • Coordinate contractor efforts and respond to emergency calls
  • Respond to and work with building occupants to create a comfortable, safe, clean, and conducive working environment
Requirements
  • Associate's degree, vocational technical degree, or specialized training equivalent to satisfactory completion of two years of college education with emphasis in building construction or a closely related field
  • One year of experience in building construction or a related field
  • Valid Georgia Driver's License
