As an HVAC Lead Installer, your primary goal is to drive excellence in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. You will spearhead installations, mentor teams, and ensure industry standards are met. Engage with clients transparently, prioritize safety, and troubleshoot effectively.   • Technical Expertise: Lead the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements
  • 3+ Years of experience as an HVAC Installer - required
  • Prior experience in HVAC Installation - required
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record - required
  • Expected commitment: 41-50 hours per week
  • Authorized to work in the U.S
