About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a House Supervisor RN. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
  • Lead and support the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing-related programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with community agencies to establish mental health networks.
  • Chart and document patient information accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of experience in a mental health setting.
  • Assessment and referral experience preferred.
  • Leadership and scheduling experience a plus.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in South Carolina.
