Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff, identifying areas for improvement and development.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
  • Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing.
  • One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
  • BLS (current upon hire); Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license.
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or specialty course completion in required specialty.
