We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team in the Emergency Department at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity offering 36 hours per week, with a night shift schedule. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff in the Emergency Department
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and promote a positive work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have a graduate degree from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program, a current license to practice nursing in South Carolina, and a minimum of two years ED/ER experience. Previous supervisor experience is preferred.
