Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff in the Emergency Department. This is a full-time opportunity offering 36 hours per week, with a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff in the Emergency Department
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for nursing staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
  • Current license to practice nursing in South Carolina (or eligible to receive or renew)
  • Minimum of two years ED/ER experience required
  • Previous supervisor experience preferred
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS (upon hire)
