Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, and care partners. You will also coordinate with multi-disciplinary team members to ensure safe and optimal healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assume shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team members to ensure safe and optimal healthcare outcomes.
  • Direct and facilitate nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes.
  • Support activities that meet the facility vision, mission, and goals.
  • Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing.
  • One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
  • BLS (current upon hire).
  • Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license.
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or specialty course completion in required specialty.
