About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff in the Emergency Department
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to nursing staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
  • Current license to practice nursing in South Carolina (or eligible to receive or renew)
  • Minimum of two years ED/ER experience required
  • Previous supervisor experience preferred
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS (upon hire)
  • CPI (within 6 months); NRP & TNCC (required at the FED, preferred at Main ED, within 6 months); ENPC (preferred)
