Job Summary

Aiken Regional Medical Centers is seeking a skilled Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
  • Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing.
  • Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license.
  • Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
