Senior Marketing Manager, University of Cincinnati

The University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine, Hoxworth Blood Center, is seeking a Senior Online Marketing Manager to develop and implement unique marketing strategies and campaigns to drive increased student enrollments and revenue for a moderately complex portfolio of University of Cincinnati Online certificates and degree programs.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize a diversified marketing mix to drive increased student enrollments and revenue.
- Implement brand strategy development, create marketing collateral, and manage projects.
- Assist with marketing strategy and tactics, including research, messaging, and positioning.
- Recommend and monitor budget for marketing spend, including cost-per-lead and key performance indicators.
- Develop all marketing creative and collateral with vendors as needed.
- Implement online marketing efforts, including website content development, search engine optimization, and digital marketing techniques.
- Use market research to adjust marketing plans and optimize student recruitment and retention.
- Track and report on campaign response rates, cost-per-start, and return-on-investment.
- Serve as a leader and coach for a marketing team and help identify process improvement areas.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
- Three (3) years of experience in product or service marketing, including strategy development, campaign planning, and leveraging a CRM.
