Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage research studies in pulmonary and critical care medicine.
  • Conduct independent research and make significant contributions to projects and studies.
  • Perform complex data analysis, interpret results, and assist in judging data validity.
  • Develop and implement research standards, test controls, and criteria.
  • Design and implement data processing systems to analyze research data.
  • Supervise and mentor junior-level research staff.
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Three years of experience in a related field, process, or discipline.
  • Advanced degree and training a plus.
