Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage research studies in pulmonary and critical care medicine.
- Conduct independent research and make significant contributions to projects and studies.
- Perform complex data analysis, interpret results, and assist in judging data validity.
- Develop and implement research standards, test controls, and criteria.
- Design and implement data processing systems to analyze research data.
- Supervise and mentor junior-level research staff.
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Three years of experience in a related field, process, or discipline.
- Advanced degree and training a plus.
