Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager for our vibrant dining establishment. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional service, and creating a memorable experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a positive and unforgettable dining experience. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Operational Management: Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing tasks, staff scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment throughout the restaurant.
Team Development: Inspire and lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel. Cultivate a supportive work atmosphere, encourage collaboration, and provide continuous training and growth opportunities.
Staff Oversight: Assist in managing and coordinating restaurant staff activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality and service standards. Offer guidance and coaching to improve performance and resolve any issues.
Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, perform regular inventory audits, and place orders with suppliers as necessary. Ensure proper storage and rotation of food and beverage products.
Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, cleanliness, and established procedures.
Sales Enhancement: Support initiatives aimed at boosting sales and promoting menu items.
Financial Oversight: Assist with cash handling processes, including reconciling sales and preparing daily deposits. Contribute to monitoring and managing expenses to achieve financial objectives.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols. Maintain accurate and current records and documentation.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a General Manager role within the restaurant industry.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
Proficiency in using POS systems and restaurant management software.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control practices.
