Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Opportunity at Allina Health

Allina Health is a leading healthcare organization in the Twin Cities region, offering a comprehensive range of services, including mental health and addiction treatment. We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at our hospital-based clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric services to child and adolescent patients with complex mental health needs in a hospital-based setting.
- Offer a range of services, including diagnosis and treatment, individual therapy, discharge planning, medication management, biofeedback training, and crisis services.
- Closely collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, nurses, and social work services to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in call and may be required to work remotely/virtually once practice is established.
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified with ABMS or AOA required.
- Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
