Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing
- At least 1 year of med/surg/tele experience in an acute care setting (Tier 1)
- 6+ months of med/surg experience in an acute care setting (Tier 2)
- Will consider transitional care unit experience, long-term care experience, and new RN graduates (Tier 3)
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required if working in the state of MN upon hire
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)
- Additional certifications may be needed at certain sites (e.g., ACLS, PALS, PEARS)
