About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Psychologist to join our team at Allina Health. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality psychological services to clients and their families/support systems in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic interventions, education, and referrals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Collaborate with patient care teams to monitor patient functioning and inform treatment planning.
  • Engage patient's social supports as appropriate to improve functioning.
  • Coordinate treatment with other providers and community agencies.

Requirements
  • Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling required.
  • 2+ years patient treatment in clinical setting preferred.
  • Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire.
  • BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 Days.
  • Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 Days required.
