Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at JOANN Stores. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and leading the store team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting every customer, using the F.A.S.T. service model, and engaging in friendly conversation to meet their needs.
- Operational Excellence: Process customer transactions efficiently, stock shelves accurately, and maintain high standards throughout the sales floor.
- Business Acumen: Proactively drive sales through product knowledge, active selling techniques, and building strong customer relationships.
- Leadership: Work closely with Store Management to identify key tasks, delegate them to Team Members, and follow up to ensure completion.
- Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
