Job Overview

We are currently in search of a Card Specialist to enhance our Customer Experience division. As a Card Specialist within our Contact Center, you will be tasked with providing administrative assistance, along with technical and professional support for our core banking operations. This role encompasses customer service, managing client inquiries, electronic communications, and consultative selling.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical assistance for customers regarding complex card-related inquiries
  • Handle customer card disputes and requests
  • Oversee, process, and finalize transactions and necessary documentation as per customer requests
  • Manage electronic communications across various digital platforms

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • A minimum of 2 years in customer service is required
  • Successful completion of a credit check is necessary
  • 1+ years of banking experience is preferred
  • Prior sales experience is advantageous
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Familiarity with large server-based applications and Microsoft Office is preferred

Work Schedule:

40 hours – flexible shifts available

Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 8:05 PM (shifts may vary)

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Rotating)
