About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Card Expert to join our Customer Experience team in a dynamic role that requires strong customer service skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer expert assistance to customers on complex card inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Process Customer Requests: Effectively manage customer card disputes and requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and Complete Transactions: Accurately process and complete transactions, as well as maintain relevant documentation, to meet customer needs.
  • Manage Electronic Communication: Monitor and respond to electronic communication from multiple digital channels, ensuring prompt and professional interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience required, with a preference for 1+ years of banking experience and previous sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in large server-based applications and Microsoft Office products.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
