Position Summary

HABASIT AMERICA INC is in search of a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee various initiatives within the timing belt sector. The ideal candidate will be tasked with steering projects from their initial phase to completion, ensuring that all goals are achieved punctually, within defined parameters, and budgetary limits. This position demands exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities, along with a solid background in manufacturing processes, product specifications, and industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Initiation:

  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, milestones, resource distribution, and risk management approaches.
  • Identify project needs and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive coverage of all project facets.

Project Execution and Oversight:

  • Lead and synchronize project teams, including engineers, production personnel, and external partners.
  • Track project advancement and performance against established plans, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management and Resolution:

  • Recognize potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies to lessen their impact on project timelines and results.
  • Address issues and conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Implement change management protocols to manage project scope alterations, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.

Budget and Resource Oversight:

  • Formulate and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure projects remain within financial limits.
  • Enhance resource allocation and utilization to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Guarantee that all project outputs meet quality criteria and adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct evaluations post-project to identify lessons learned and opportunities for enhancement in future initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and communications related to the project.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline. PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience: Green belt certification is preferred.
