About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sound Credit Union. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members via phone, ensuring their financial needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions, including withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, and transfers.
  • Provide members with account status, including current balances and loan details.
  • Resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and member satisfaction.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in a customer service position, preferably in a Call Center environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available.

  • A competitive salary range of $21.50 - $24.00, depending on experience and education.
