Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Screen non-insured patients and ensure they receive necessary care and services
  • Assist with public health coverage program applications and ensure patients have selected a primary care provider
  • Conduct outreach and participate in corporate marketing campaigns to promote Sea Mar services
  • Maintain accurate records and submit progress reports as directed
Requirements:
  • High school graduation; AA or BA in Social Services preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred
