Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our car wash location in Parkland. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a positive experience for our customers, ensuring their cars are cleaned to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Clean and maintain the car wash facility, ensuring it meets our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Operate car wash equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
