● Provides feedback to Product Management for potential product enhancements.

Required Qualifications

Skills and Competencies:

● Thrives in a dynamic start-up environment.

● Highly organized with the ability to self-manage, multitask, prioritize projects, and adhere to deadlines.

● Basic understanding and exposure to API integrations and web services.

● Familiarity with design tools such as Dreamweaver, InDesign, Photoshop, Fireworks, or Paint Shop Pro.

● Experience in configuring SaaS solutions.

● Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.

● Creative thinker capable of devising optimal configuration solutions for various requirements.

● Committed to ensuring the success of IPsoft and its clients.

● Strong customer service skills coupled with a positive demeanor.

● Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Educational Background:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related technology field.

● 1-2 years of experience in SaaS application configuration, particularly in CRM, Marketing Automation, or event management.
