About the Role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will play a critical role in supporting the business needs and objectives of BrightSpring Health Services. This position will be responsible for providing high-quality financial and analytical support to ensure the organization's financial integrity and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Design and implement reporting and analytics solutions to provide insights into business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and review control testing results and support timely remediation of control deficiencies and identified risks
  • Assist with the development of training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of financial and regulatory requirements among employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with preference for an MBA
  • Five or more years of progressive financial work experience, including prior responsibility with strategic financial analysis/reporting, preferably within managed care, Medicare/Medicaid, or other health insurer
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment supporting Government reporting regulations and meeting high standards for integrity and accuracy of financial transactions
  • Expertise in data analytics, excel reporting, and preferable Power BI and related tools
  • Demonstrated capability to work cross-functionally within corporate environments
  • High level of competency using Microsoft products such as Excel, Power BI, etc, along with various accounting and financial systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity
  • Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of staff, and community partners
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently under general instructions and with a team
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to react quickly and with a sense of urgency to requests, issues, e-mails, or other events in a timely and flexible fashion
