About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Amazon Services LLC team. As a key member of our Operations Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leaders and business partners
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to address gaps and deficiencies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
