Role Summary:

  • Accurately gather and input patient data during the registration phase
  • Facilitate communication with patients regarding their appointments and financial responsibilities
  • Act as a mentor for new team members and may assist across various departments

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities and capacity to work autonomously
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a customer service role; familiarity with computer systems and data entry is advantageous

Compensation: $22.39 per hour
