Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at PFS - Professional Financial Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution
  • Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts
  • Assist with insurance verifications
  • Perform Welcome Calls
  • Act as back up to our Administrative Assistant to receive loan payments and fund loans
  • Perform Skip Tracking and other locate activities
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service and/or collections experience
  • A valid state driver's license, with an acceptable driving record
  • Access to a reliable automobile for work use
