The City of Portland's Aquatics Division presents an exciting opportunity to engage with the community and contribute positively as an Aquatic Program Coordinator II.

The Aquatic Program Coordinator II is responsible for aquatic operations, overseeing the implementation and evaluation of aquatic classes and programs at the City of Portland's aquatic facilities.

This role includes promoting and ensuring water safety standards.

This position entails instruction, active participation, and interaction with the public, educational staff, community organizations, and fellow aquatic personnel during aquatic programming and lessons.

Independent judgment and initiative are essential for this role. Lifeguards play a crucial role in maintaining the safety of guests and staff in and around the aquatic facilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a union position,
