Overview:
KMA Human Resources Consulting is collaborating with a client to identify a Funding Program Coordinator. This role is pivotal in the management and oversight of grant initiatives, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and implement the guidelines established in the Grant Administration Manual.
- Oversee and evaluate assigned projects, ensuring alignment with federal and state regulations through regular check-ins and reporting.
- Facilitate the Grant Contract Execution Process, coordinating with legal and financial teams as well as project partners.
- Maintain comprehensive records of grant activities using project management tools.
- Process financial requests related to grants in collaboration with the finance department.
- Conduct site visits for project evaluation and support as necessary.
- Collaborate with program leads to ensure effective design and management of grant programs.
- Manage vendor relationships associated with grants, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
- Stay informed on funder guidelines and expectations for assigned grants.
- Provide technical assistance to applicants and subgrantees throughout the grant lifecycle.
- Assist in the creation of grant materials that reflect organizational objectives and enhance the applicant experience.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in grant management or project oversight.
- Familiarity with grant funding sources and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management.
- Advanced knowledge of productivity software and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to foster professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related meetings.
