KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying client needs and adhering to a structured sales process.
  • Identify potential clients, schedule meetings, conduct effective qualifying sales calls, and oversee the entire sales cycle from prospect identification to initial shipment.
  • Negotiate agreements with potential clients and assist in determining pricing structures for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Foster strong relationships with current clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities in collaboration with the account management team.
  • Compile clear and precise business reports, proposals, and other necessary documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Prepare for and engage in regular customer business reviews alongside the logistics account management team.
  • Embody the values of Reibus and build trust with our customer network and carrier partners, ensuring we uphold our commitment to service excellence.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Logistics Sales is preferred.
  • Experience with Open Deck Freight is advantageous.
  • Self-driven individual with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A competitive spirit that motivates you to excel.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
