Job Title: Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Agate Housing and Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial and Administrative Officer to join our team. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will be responsible for leading our financial management and administrative functions, ensuring the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Director of Finance, Deputy Director of HR & DEI, and Director of Contracts & Compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Drive operational excellence, optimizing processes and systems for efficient and effective workflows.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in finance and administration, with a strong background in nonprofit management.
  • Proven track record of success in financial leadership, strategic planning, and team management.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, with a strong understanding of GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
