Job Summary

The Outside Sales Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for promoting our services and building strong relationships with referral sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase care hours and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to promote our services and address customer needs.
  • Utilize a Customer Relationship Manager database to track sales activity and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals, demonstrating a strong need to win and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Availability for on-call duty outside of normal office hours, as required.
