Culinary Team Supervisor

Position Overview:
The Culinary Team Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant shift. This individual is responsible for coordinating the efforts of team members to uphold the operational standards of the Company and Brand, ensuring that every guest enjoys a satisfactory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest service promptly and courteously while guiding team members to do the same. Maintain a pristine restaurant environment by performing general cleaning duties and assigning tasks to team members, ensuring completion. Supervise the team to guarantee that all food items are prepared and served according to the established Brand, Company, and health department guidelines. Mentor team members in food preparation and production management practices. Ensure product quality, food safety, and adherence to operational standards. Monitor and verify the accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records throughout the shift. Complete necessary end-of-shift and end-of-day documentation and counts as required. Report any discrepancies to the immediate supervisor. Foster a safe environment for both team members and guests by adhering to all applicable laws and safety regulations. Occasionally climbs and descends ladders. Able to tolerate extreme temperatures and work around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises. Capable of reaching, grasping, and manipulating objects for the duration of the shift, including overhead reaching. Able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.Note:
