Your responsibilities will include evaluating new business opportunities, collaborating with service teams to create insightful proposals, and ultimately securing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification: Organizing meetings and communications with incoming leads to assess their suitability for partnership with Walker Sands, and evaluating opportunities based on fit, need, timing, and budget.
This involves researching how well prospects align with our ideal customer profile, scoring leads using established ICP criteria, and efficiently advancing leads through the sales funnel in accordance with our service level agreements (SLAs).
Funnel Management:
Guiding new business prospects through the sales funnel from lead to closure, managing the process comprehensively between internal and external teams.
This includes but is not limited to:
conducting introductory and discovery calls, organizing internal pitch teams, facilitating internal preparation meetings, coordinating external pitch meetings, and monitoring all activities in Salesforce.
Proposal Support:
Assisting internal service teams in the development of strategic partnership proposals across all business lines.
Contract Management:
Supporting the contract process from initial drafting through to signing, ensuring adherence to appropriate language and review protocols.
Tracking and Reporting:
Monitoring all new business leads and opportunities through platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Slack, and providing internal reports on lead and opportunity status weekly.
Sales Enablement Support:
Identifying gaps in our sales enablement materials and collaborating with the marketing team to develop new resources.
Requirements:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing communications sales, ideally with a focus on technology and/or B2B accounts.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both over the phone and via email, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to think strategically and comprehend clients' business and marketing objectives.
Capability to learn our comprehensive range of marketing services and articulate the benefits and outcomes effectively to prospective clients.
Proficiency in coordinating processes between internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leaders within our organization and at prospective client organizations.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
