Job Summary

As a Product Support Specialist at Medline Industries, LP, you will play a critical role in providing in-depth knowledge and support to internal product and sales teams. Your expertise will ensure that all incoming customer and sales requests are thoroughly reviewed and resolved or escalated to the appropriate group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product Support team to ensure seamless customer and sales support.
  • Resolve complex problems while working closely with senior-level employees.
  • Accurately cross-reference and research external brands to identify corresponding Medline products.
  • Identify and report training deficiencies to Product Managers or Senior Product Support Specialists.
  • Report product issues and concerns.
  • Provide administrative support and respond to sales representative inquiries as needed.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous healthcare experience.
