Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and establish contact with potential customers to discuss their insurance needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to present and discuss insurance options.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Attend local events and industry conferences to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Recommend marketing strategies to target specific regions or demographics.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently, using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop and maintain client accounts in our CRM system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the agent.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives and consistently exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Ability and willingness to travel, perform demonstrations, and conduct client meetings.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in outside sales or field sales, with a strong background in insurance or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from all walks of life.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to follow directions and stay compliant with all relevant regulations and policies.
This position is commission-based, with a competitive compensation package that reflects your sales performance.
