Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain client accounts in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or related fields. Experience working with small businesses a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from all walks of life.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
